Happy shopping, friends! Top critical review. I purchased this item after seeing a few IG influencers gush about it. It’s a dupe for a popular dress design by Leith, and I figure since my local Nordstrom is always out of my size, I’d give this dress a try.

It’s a nice dress-don’t get me wrong. It’s cute and I do like wearing it, but there are little things about it that annoys me when I do.

Which is why I have only worn it twice since purchasing it. The fabric is on the thin side-much thinner than I thought it would be. It isn’t see through though-it is lined, so you don’t have to worry about that.

The hemline isn’t finished-so it has a tendency to roll-and that drives me nuts.

The material is very stretchy and sort of spandexy. This is a really nice all around dress that can be worn basically anywhere.

It washes and dries well in a machine so you dont have to worry about special care instructions. I for sure give this 2 thumbs high up!

I scrunch them up and they still look great and aren’t as suffocating I hate long sleeves because I overheat. While it isn’t exactly fall weather yet, I still find myself enjoying this dress.

It’s made of a light cotton material and has a built-in slip. I love how it ruches up in some areas and hides my belly. Due to the design of the dress, it can be pulled longer for the office, but ruched up for clubbing you can see the difference in length from the pictures.

Kristin Johnston. This is a wonderful dupe for a much more expensive dress I got last year at Nordstrom! The cut is great and is a little longer than the other dresses I have from Nordys.

The dress fits well and the ruching highlights your curves! It is perfect for fall and will pair well with a cute Moto jacket for cooler temps!

Doing so will also shorten the bottom in the middle. The dress is form fitting except where described. You can easily make this a multi purpose dress for casual or dressy occasions.

If tight fitting and stretchy clothes are uncomfortable I’d advice a size up. I don’t think the size difference would matter too much because of the ties.
